Winding Trails

Winding Trails has been approved and is under construction to transform an overgrown, abandoned Par 3 golf course into nine beautiful barns with a wonderful owners apartment above and one grooms quarters below.  Additional water front property will be created, adding value to current residents as well as beautiful greenery and white fences. A home owners association will ensure consistent high quality aesthetics. A new multi use path for pedestrian and golf carts is planned.  Individual safe ingress and egress for property owners will be created so as to not interfere with the existing Lakefield South community.
